The website offers films in several categories including politics and conflict, women and gender, Jewish life, the Holocaust, and Israeli mosaic. Diskin herself is also a consultant to several Israeli film groups and is a judge at international film festivals.
The website
Israeli Films is another online option to obtain movies made about Israel.
The website was created in 2007 by Dov Gil-Har, an Israeli independent documentary filmmaker and producer, to promote films made by Israelis and promote the Jewish culture. Promoting large production companies and those who are producing independent movies, the website also provides “an easy, comprehensive, and legal way to purchase rights for public screenings to hundreds of exciting dramatic features, as well as thought provoking documentaries.”
The movies and films that can be found on Israeli Films range from documentaries to dramas to comedies. The site also offers movies about the Holocaust and Jewish-themed features.

According to Israel National News, the increasing number of Israeli films selected for film festivals across the globe in recent years “is a reflection of better quality production and rising box-office numbers at both home and abroad.”
"International recognition and the implication of quality that it brings has rocketed Israel's cinema production to the forefront," film critic Meir Schnitzer told AFP, as reported by Arutz Sheva.
"The miracle of Israeli cinema in the last 10 years isn't measured just by the number of films or their public reception, but by what has been a revolution in production quality."
