Mardy Fish is debuting as Luxury Business Jets’ first sponsored golfer this summer at the American Century Championship Tournament, happening now through July 24, 2016.
Last year, Fish came in 4th place in the tournament. He is a favorite to take home this year's First Prize.
Fish first gained fame on the tennis court in the early 2000s, reaching the quarterfinals of the 2007 Australian Open, the 2008 US Open, and the 2011 Wimbledon Championships.
After retiring from the sport following the 2015 US Open, Fish is now turning his full athletic focus to the world of golf. Proudly sponsored by Luxury Business Jets, Fish will
be competing in the American Century Championship.
“I’m excited about this new partnership," said Luxury Business Jets founder and President J. Jonathan Weiss, "I look forward to having the Luxury Business Jets brand represented by a great athlete and role model.”
Fish is also the founder of the Mardy Fish Children’s Foundation, which creates opportunities for children to participate in activities such as art, music, dance and sports.
Fish is one of nearly 90 celebs to sign onto the tournament, which features a $600,000 purse with $125,000 going to the winner.
