The Florida judge who has already declared Obamacare unconstitutional is expected to rule as early as Monday on whether to stop implementation of healthcare reform in the 26 states that have challenged it.
After U.S. District Judge
Roger Vinson handed down his ruling on Jan. 31, the Justice Department asked him if he meant to stop reform implementation. Justice must file its brief on the motion on Monday, and Vinson has said he would rule quickly after that.

“The smart money, says Vinson, "will halt implementation,”
Politico reports.
If he does, the administration would likely go to the Court of Appeals and ask for a stay of Vinson’s ruling.
