Rescue Crews Have to Quit W.Va. Mine Again

Officials say rescue teams have had to pull out again from a coal mine in West Virginia where four miners are missing after an explosion that killed 25 people.

Gov. Joe Manchin said rescuers ran into some difficult conditions in the mine and had to retreat.
