Hillary Clinton suffers from "Clinton privilege"
— an expectation of entitlement,
Fox News host Greg Gutfeld said Thursday on "The Five."
"It's like white privilege," Gutfeld said. "You feel like you're entitled to everything that you want."
In Clinton's case, she believes she is entitled to the presidency, Gutfeld said, explaining, "The White House is the pony that she was promised … for letting this young man, Barack Obama, go first. Remember, she deserved it, but she let him go. This was the deal, and she's ticked off."
Clinton has yet to announce her candidacy for 2016, but already is the expected frontrunner for the Democratic nomination. She has suffered a setback over the last week as word leaked that she kept government emails on a private email address on a server in her home during her time as secretary of state.
Republican critics, and some Democrats who want to see her win, have expressed concerns that she appears to not feel bound by the rules others are held to.
A press conference on Tuesday in which she appeared uncomfortable and said she would not allow the server to be seen by an outside investigator made the situation worse, many observers said.
"She's in a bind, because when she's silent, she looks bad, and then when she talks it's worse," Gutfeld said. "She's about as likable as elective surgery. Every time she speaks, an angel shoots a cherub."
