Fox News host Bill O'Reilly continued what appeared to be criticism directed at fellow Fox personality Megyn Kelly, saying Tuesday night anyone who has a problem with someone in their company should go to human resources.
If that does not work, O'Reilly suggested quitting, then using labor laws to get justice.
The "O'Reilly Factor" host got riled up on "CBS This Morning," while promoting a children's book he wrote with author James Patterson.
Fox News is a good place to work, O'Reilly told the CBS hosts, and did not want to participate in trashing his own network. Kelly's own book was released Tuesday, and she talks in it about incidents of alleged sexual harassment former Fox News chief Roger Ailes made against her.
Ailes denied the allegations.
O'Reilly showed the clip from CBS on his own show, then added, "If somebody is paying you a wage, you owe that person or company allegiance. If you don't like what's happening in the workplace, go to human resources or leave. I've done that. And then take the action you need to take afterward. There are labor laws."
Kelly said in the book she did report Ailes to a supervisor and was told Ailes likely was just smitten with her. She said she does not know if any action was ever taken.
