The latest undercover video of Planned Parenthood employees appears to show a doctor from Texas admitting to performing a procedure that is used in partial-birth abortion, which has been illegal since 2003,

In the video, a woman identified as Dr. Amna Dermish of Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas describes how she aims to move the fetal body to get an intact delivery.
"Usually what I do, if it’s a [feet-first] presentation, I’ll remove the extremities first, the lower extremities, and then go for the spine and then sort of bring it down that way," Dermish tells a man posing as someone buying tissue for research.
The video then shows a graphic showing how the procedure described by Dermish is "identical" to the partial-birth abortion procedure.
Dermish says she does not use the chemical digoxin to kill fetuses in the womb, but doesn't say whether she uses another chemical, Fox News notes. The Center for Medical Progress says that means that the babies are born alive then killed outside of the womb.
Dermish describes how one of her employees has a skill for picking out intact fetal hearts at nine weeks. A woman said to be from another abortion clinic chimes in, "Well, it's cute."
Dermish is asked whether she has been able to retrieve any intact brains, and says she has not.
When the videomaker says there is a demand for them, she laughs and says, "Well, this will give me something to strive for."
In addition to the eight-minute edited video, Center for Medical Progress also posted a 12-minute
unedited video on YouTube.
The latest video is part of a series released by the group that have sparked outrage among abortion opponents. Some of the videos appear to show Planned Parenthood officials admitting they are paid for fetal tissue used in medical research, which is against the law.
The organization denies that, saying it only is reimbursed costs, which is legal. Still, Planned Parenthood has announced it will no longer receive any payment for donated tissue.
