'SNL' Launches 'The Hunt for Hil' to Find Clinton in NY Woods

By    |   Sunday, 04 December 2016 02:06 PM EST

'Saturday Night Live' spoofed the post-election Facebook sightings and posts of defeated Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton on the hiking tails in Chappaqua, N.Y., calling the video skit "The Hunt for Hil."

The parody details wildlife hunters tracking Clinton's whereabouts in Upstate N.Y. as if it was a search for the mythical bigfoot.

"Hillary Clinton has recently been sighted by a bunch of white people with Facebook accounts," the 'SNL' narrator stated. "Where is she now? We set out to find her, trap her and thank her."

There have been reports of Facebook posts and pictures of having spotted Clinton and her family on Chappaqua's hiking trails and buying eggs at a local grocery store.

"We were the only ones there, and it was so beautiful and relaxing," Margot Gerster posted the Wednesday morning after the Nov. 8 election on her Facebook account. "As we were leaving, I heard a bit of rustling coming towards me and as I stepped into the clearing there she was, Hillary Clinton and Bill with their dogs doing exactly the same thing as I was."
