Three men who played a major role in the 9/11 attacks are still on the loose and being pursued by the FBI, according to a new report based on documents the WikiLeaks group obtained.

The suspected terrorists flew from London to New York on a British Airways flight three weeks before the attacks, according to the London Daily Mail.

They allegedly carried out surveillance at the World Trade Center, the White House, and in Virginia, where the Pentagon and CIA headquarters are located.

Two weeks later, they flew to Los Angeles and hid out in a hotel near the airport, which the FBI now has established was paid for by a “convicted terrorist" who also paid for their airline tickets, the Daily Mail reported.

The FBI learned from interrogations of hotel that the men had pilot uniforms in their room along with computer print outs detailing pilot names, flight numbers and times and packages addressed to Syria, Afghanistan, Jerusalem and Jordan.

On Sept. 10, 2001, they were booked on an American Airlines flight from Los Angeles to Washington, but failed to board. Instead, the three men — identified as Meshal Alhajri, Fahad Abdulla, and Ali Alfehaid — flew back to London on a British Airways flight before returning to Qatar. Their current location is unknown.

The FBI also is hunting a fourth man, Mohamed Al Mansoori, who the FBI says supported the alleged terrorist cell while they were in the United States.
