Former Virginia Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli has blasted Republican lawmakers as "nervous Nellie little girls" for not going full steam ahead in repealing and replacing the Affordable Care Act.
"They said they were prepared. Now they're all handwringing, nervous Nellie little girls," Cuccinelli said Monday to Steve Malzberg on Newsmax TV's "America Talks Live."

"Instead of the bold opposition party — easy to be bold when you don't think what you're passing is going to get enacted, right? — well, how about we just keep to the simple notion of doing what we said we were going to do?"
"[It] doesn't have to be a whole lot more than that and I would point out to you this whole discussion of repeal and replace, assume that replace should be part of the equation. Government involvement in healthcare isn't the solution, it's the problem. So let repeal and keep repealing. I like that."
For years, Republicans have insisted the Affordable Care Act — also known as Obamacare — is not working and must be replaced, but no concrete plans to do that have been announced.
