Defense Lawyer on Perry Indictment: 'Dumb and Dumber'

New York defense lawyer and radio personality Adam Thompson told "MidPoint" host Ed Berliner on Newsmax TV Tuesday that the indictment of Texas Gov. Rick Perry for alleged abuse of office is "flimsy," "a joke," "politically driven" and "a stale ham sandwich," and Thompson was just getting warmed up.
