Jay DeLancey: Voter Fraud Rampant in NC

Voter fraud in North Carolina is rampant, according to Jay DeLancy, director of the Voter Integrity Project, who appeared Tuesday on "America’s Forum" on Newsmax TV to discuss voter fraud and the role it may play in this election.

"We estimate 10,000 or more," DeLancy said. "Actually, in The Washington Post study that came out last Friday it looks like it may even be 17,900. So there are a lot more noncitizens to find who are on the voter roll."
