Rep. Raúl Labrador said Friday that even though "it will be hard to be all out" for Donald Trump, "I'm going to support the Republican nominee."
"There's a lot of things he says that do not comport with what I think the Republican party believes," the Idaho Republican told Wolf Blitzer
on CNN. "He still will be better than Hillary Clinton because anybody will be better than Hillary Clinton."
Labrador, 48, who is supporting Ted Cruz, said that he would not tell the Texas senator to drop out if he loses the Indiana primary on Tuesday.
"I am not going to tell him to drop out, but if he loses, it is clear it will be much more difficult," he said.
The Republican Party holds its national convention in Cleveland in July.
Labrador was elected to the House in the tea party wave in 2010.
