A "Dr. Phil" episode this week featured the first victim of the Jared Fogle underage sex scandal, a 16-year-old who spoke out about Fogle's former foundation head who the girl says brainwashed her and may have secretly filmed her undressing.

On Thursday's episode, the girl — identified on the show as Analissa — told Phil McGraw that she was victimized by Russell Taylor, the former executive director of The Jared Foundation, who "had me convinced [at 14] that when I turned 16 I was going to have sex with him," ETOnline.com reported.

"He seemed OK at first," the girl told McGraw of 43-year-old Taylor, who was arrested earlier this year and has reportedly agreed to plead guilty to installing hidden bathroom cameras in his home to catch minors undressing and changing. "He seemed like a nice person, but as time progressed, it kind of got creepier and creepier. He took my happiness, he took my trust, he took my pride, everything. I feel so low. I feel like nothing."

Analissa told McGraw that Taylor would sometimes make inappropriate sexual comments to her when she was at his home, and she told McGraw she believes she was secretly recorded by his hidden cameras.

"There are victims and there are perpetrators in crimes," McGraw told Analissa on the episode. "You were the victim, he was the perpetrator. This is not your fault."

Authorities told WXIN-TV that the investigation into Taylor began in October 2014, and ultimately exposed Subway pitchman Jared Fogle's illicit activities as well.

Fogle, who is facing charges related to paying minors for sex and receiving child pornography, asked U.S. District Judge Tanya Walton Pratt for a five-year prison term in court filings Thursday, according to the Indianapolis Star. Prosecutors are seeking a 12-and-a-half-year sentence followed by a lifetime of supervised probation. Fogle is scheduled to be sentenced on Nov. 19.
