Kaukab Siddique, a 72-year-old tenured professor at taxpayer-funded Lincoln University in Pennsylvania, has posted anti-Semitic, anti-Israel, anti-gay and anti-woman comments on his Facebook page that are so offensive that his employer has distanced itself from them, The Daily Beast reports.

Siddique was criticized in 2010 for publicly denying the Holocaust, the Daily Beast noted, and most recently has given his opinion of the women who have accused comedian Bill Cosby of sexual assault.

He wrote that he is not surprised by the Cosby allegations since, "Most non-Muslims behave like he did and he also had lots of money. … What I can’t understand is why it took so long for the violated women to come out against him."

He offered five suggestions, including that Cosby "paid them off," "Many women are sluts," "American women are slaves of rich men," "Random sex is quite acceptable in America," and "They don’t have families like Muslims do who would take revenge for rape."

In discussing the Josh Duggar sexual abuse scandal, Siddique wrote last month, "The homo lobby is taking revenge for the Duggars’ criticism of transgender and homo activity."

He also took on anti-Islamist activist Pamela Geller, whose organization sponsored the Draw Muhammed contest in Texas that was attacked by two Muslim extremists.

"If Zionist Pamela Geller has her way, the racists might try to enter mosques. Muslims should prepare themselves," Siddique wrote. "Don’t be scared of these dirty Jewish Zionist White Supremacist thugs."

The professor's writings have forced his university to distance itself.

"His latest activities, like his earlier writings, statements and activities, are an insult to women and other groups singled out," a university spokesperson told The Daily Beast.

"Dr. Siddique’s statements and assertions are his own, and they in no way represent the views of Lincoln University, its administration, faculty or students. Like all faculty members, he is entitled to express his personal views in conversation or in public forums, as long as he does not present such opinions as views of the University.”

Siddique defended his writings when contacted by the website, and the reporters said he sounded much less inflammatory when speaking to them than in his writings.

In his 2010 post, he called on people "to defeat, to destroy, to dismantle Israel, if possible by peaceful means."

Then-university president Ivory Nelson called that statement "an insult to all decent people, but added that the school "cannot take action at this time" against him because his private remarks didn't affect his job.
