Kremlin: Putin Held Phone Call With UAE President

Russian President Vladimir Putin spoke to United Arab Emirates President Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan by phone on Thursday, the Kremlin said.

Putin thanked Sheikh Mohammed for his role in mediating exchanges of Russian and Ukrainian prisoners of war, the Kremlin said.
