Florida Power & Light (FPL) CEO Eric Silagy said at a news conference on Friday Hurricane Irma is likely to impact 4.1 million power customers in Florida based on the current storm track, affecting a total of nine million people.

FPL is a unit of Florida power company NextEra Energy Inc .
