Biden on Vegas: 'Congress, WH Should Act Now to Save Lives'

Former Vice President Joe Biden took to Twitter on Monday to offer his condolences and exhort Republicans to "act now to save lives" in the wake of the massacre in Las Vegas.

More than 50 are confirmed dead and 500 injured in Las Vegas after a shooter — now deceased — opened fire on an outdoor country music festival from the 32nd floor of a nearby hotel.
