Geoff Metcalf is a ninth generation commissioned officer in the U.S. Armed Services and a former Green Beret. He is a retired USAR LTC and has commanded a Special Forces Operational Detachment, and a Military Police Company in addition to various staff positions from Battalion to Division level. Metcalf is a published author and NewsMax pundit.
His first book The Terrorist Killers (1989) was a prophetic novel. His latest non-fiction book In The Arena is a collection of interviews covering a wide spectrum (from Colonel David Hackworth and Ted Nugent to Tammy Bruce and Ann Coulter).
Metcalf has an extraordinarily eclectic professional background, with careers in radio, print journalism, advertising and consulting. He began climbing the broadcasting ladder in 1968, starting as a news editor and progressing through a variety of positions including news director, program director, sales manager, general manager and owner of a Massachusetts radio station.
