Ann Coulter vented her frustration with how the Trump administration has handled the demise of the DACA program during an interview Monday on Newsmax TV.
Coulter appeared on "The Howie Carr Show" and was asked about President Donald Trump's decision to phase out the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program. She was upset because of how Trump has seemingly flipped his priorities when it comes to immigration, not because DACA will end in March.
"I must say on the evening of Nov. 8, I thought, 'OK, that's it – my work is done; I can kick back; I can travel; I can do whatever I want; we have the emperor God installed in the White House,'" Coulter told host Howie Carr.
"It turns out, it's much more of a transactional presidency, Howie. You wake up every morning saying, 'what are we gonna have to hold his feet to the fire now?' Now, this DACA thing, I want to fly to Washington and hold his head under the water until the bubbles stop. But it's not like he hasn't done dumb things before."

Coulter then explained Trump was the only candidate in last year's presidential race to promise DACA would be slashed from the books if he were to win.
"So, the one guy who said he was gonna do the stuff we wanted, of course that's the one you support," she said.
Coulter also referenced the 16th anniversary of the Sept. 11, 2001 terror attacks, which saw radical Islamic terrorists fly passenger planes into both World Trade Center towers and the Pentagon. A fourth plane went down in a Pennsylvania field after it is believed passengers on board tried to take control from the terrorists.
"It is, of course, the anniversary of 9/11, which never would have happened but for our giving visas to people who never should have been admitted to this country because 'diversity is a strength,'" Coulter said.
