Bill Cosby "will have to face the fact that this case is going to proceed," famed attorney Gloria Allred told
Newsmax TV on Thursday after a Pennsylvania judge voided a prosecutor's 2005 decision granting the comedian immunity in a sex-assault case.
"The judge was absolutely right on the facts and on the law," Allred, who is representing numerous other women in their complaints against Cosby, told "The Hard Line" host Ed Berliner. "The court has decided that the case can move forward in the criminal court, where he is facing a serious charge of aggravated indecent sexual assault."

Allred noted that Cosby's attorneys said that they would appeal Wednesday's ruling by Common Pleas Court Judge Steven O'Neill.
"What's going to be interesting is whether they seek a stay — that is, whether they're going to be able to at least temporarily stop the criminal case from proceeding while they appeal," she told Berliner. "The preliminary hearing in this criminal case is set for March, so they don't have time to stop this case unless they move immediately.
"But, of course, Mr. Cosby has plenty of funds to pour into this case to try to stop the criminal case from proceeding."
The lack of a written non-prosecution agreement from Montgomery County District Attorney Bruce Castor in 2005 was key to the judge's decision, Allred said.
"If this was so important to Mr. Cosby's attorneys, why didn't they get it in writing? Why didn't they go to a court and seek the court order granting immunity from prosecution?
"They didn't nail it down," she said. "The question is why not?"
