President Donald Trump has signaled selling Patriot Missile Systems to Ukraine to help aid its defense against Vladimir Putin's escalations amid stalled peace talks. (Dreamstime)
"The White House was blindsided," by the Pentagon's Ukraine weapons pause, according to national security expert Fred Fleitz on Newsmax on Saturday. "This is not the time to cut them off. What this shows is that we need a National Security Council and a national security adviser to mediate differences between State and DOD, so DOD doesn't do things unilaterally without talking with other U.S. government agencies."
