When Justin Timberlake sits down to talk with Brazilian host Sabrina Sato, a language barrier and an unusual gift of a body part make for an incredibly awkward television interview.
The star was in Brazil promoting his latest movie, “Runner, Runner,” but things went off the rail in the Sato interview when she started asking him about his musical career.

Sato deserves a big kudos for tackling an interview in English – which she said she learned specifically for the event. It makes some of the embarrassing gaffes in the clip a little easier to bear. (See the video below.)
The interview moved quickly through embarrassing moments, like Sato offering to teach Timberlake to dance the samba and Timberlake’s team from the side just saying, “No.” No discussion. Just no.
Up to this point, Timberlake kept a smiling face even though it was clear he didn’t understand much of what Sato was saying. He stayed polite throughout, but
as E! pointed out, he might need to work on his poker face.
That ability to control facial expressions would have come in handy moments later when Sato handed him a gift. In the large box, it turns out, was one a plaster cast of Sato’s rear end. And it was signed.
“Oh my God. This is your butt!” Timberlake said.
Fans of the actor/singer laughed hysterically in online comments, with numerous “Hahahahahaha”s dotting the screen.
Dee wrote on the E! story, “This was the best thing ever. Justin is so cute!! I couldn’t understand ANYTHING that lady was saying.”
And an explanation for the gift surfaced in one of the comments, “Yes she is a comedian here in Brasil… A really good one!” wrote Naiara Leite.
