Liberal News Anchor 'Glad' Ailes Died

A liberal news host is "glad" Fox News founder Roger Ailes is dead, according to tweets he posted Thursday.

According to The Blaze, Cenk Uygur is the host of “The Young Turks” and founder of the online TYT Network.

Glad Roger Ailes lived long enough to get caught and die lonely and humiliated. That extra year of life cost him dearly.

Ailes, who served as Fox News CEO, died Thursday from injuries he received earlier in the month from a fall, The New York Times reported. He resigned last year from the network amid allegations of sexual harassment.

Many lashed out at Uygur's tweet and chided him for speaking ill of Ailes on the day he died, but Uygur had a response for his critics:

People who say you shouldn't say anything bad about Roger Ailes on the day of his death, when do you want us to say it? 2.5 weeks later?
