Putin: Russia Seeks Restoration of US Relations

Russia is seeking a full-scale restoration of relations with the United States, President Vladimir Putin said on Thursday at the Valdai Discussion Club in the Russian Black Sea resort of Sochi.

Putin said that while there are significant differences between Moscow and Washington, such disagreements are natural between major powers.
