In an exclusive interview with Newsmax on Tuesday, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy said any offensive weapons provided by the U.S. could force Russian President Putin to negotiate, even if those weapons -- such as missiles able to fly deep into Russia -- aren't used. [Full Story]
