'iCarly' Star Miranda Cosgrove Injured In Tour Bus Accident

Miranda Cosgrove, star of Nickelodeon’s hit show ‘iCarly,’ was injured in a tour bus crash, reports the La Times
Cosgrove’s ankle was broken after her tour bus collided into an overturned semi in Illinois Thursday morning. Cosgrove’s summer tour will be postponed due to the incident.
 
The 18-year-old was among seven others hurt when the tour bus crashed into the overturned truck on Interstate 70, near St. Louis.
 
The bus driver had to be airlifted to St. Louis hospital, and remains in fair condition, according to local news station KDSK 5. The remaining passengers were reportedly in good condition.
 
“Miranda thanks everyone for their understanding and support,” Cosgrove’s rep said in a statement of her cancelling a Friday appearance in Wichita, Kan., and one Saturday in Denver.
