Jessica Alba is focusing on positivity in the wake of her separation from husband Cash Warren.
The actor, 43, who announced the split last week, took to Instagram on Tuesday to re-share an uplifting post by the author and poet Diego Perez, who goes by the pen name Yung Pueblo.
"How do you build a good life? Relentlessly follow your intuition. Build with people who also love to grow," Perez's post read. "Take responsibility for your healing. Love yourself so deeply that you feel at home in your own body and mind. Teach yourself to forgive. Never stop being a kind person."
Alba shared the message to her Stories, writing "This" in her own post.
Alba and Warren, 48, a producer, who met on the set of her 2005 film "Fantastic Four" and married in May 2008, share three children together: daughters Honor, 16, and Haven, 13, and son Hayes, 7, People reported. Alba confirmed their separation on Jan. 16, following reports that she had retained a divorce lawyer.
"I've been on a journey of self-realization and transformation for years — both as an individual and in partnership with Cash," she wrote in her post revealing the split. "I'm proud of how we've grown as a couple and in our marriage over the last 20 years and it's now time for us to embark on a new chapter of growth and evolution as individuals.
"We are moving forward with love and kindness and respect for each other and will forever be family. Our children remain our highest priority and we request privacy at this time," she added at the time.
A source told People recently that the former couple remain "friends and all about the kids" as they work through ending their marriage.
"No matter what's going on right now, it seems they will remain close," the source said. "If they're filing for divorce, it's not because of some hateful drama. They still look happy together."
