A writer for People magazine wrote on Wednesday that Donald Trump forced himself on her as she was visiting Mar-a-Lago in 2005 to do a story on the first anniversary of his marriage to wife Melania.

Natasha Stoynoff wrote that after doing a joint interview with the Trump's, Melania left to change her wardrobe while Trump offered to show her around their mansion.

"We walked into that room alone, and Trump shut the door behind us," Stoynoff wrote. "I turned around, and within seconds, he was pushing me against the wall, and forcing his tongue down my throat."

She added, "Now, I'm a tall, strapping girl who grew up wrestling two giant brothers. I even once sparred with Mike Tyson. It takes a lot to push me. But Trump is much bigger — a looming figure — and he was fast, taking me by surprise, and throwing me off balance."

"I was stunned. And I was grateful when Trump's longtime butler burst into the room a minute later, as I tried to unpin myself."

Stoynoff wrote that after the incident, she was "ashamed and blamed myself for his transgression." She said that she told a colleague what happened but was afraid that if she sought to kill the story Trump would "discredit and destroy me."

She said that she then asked to be taken off the magazine's Trump beat.

Her story was posted on the People.com site just hours after The New York Times reported the accounts of two women who said that Trump groped them in two separate incidents.

Trump denied the accusations and has threatened to sue the Times.

A Trump spokeswoman told People that the writer's story was "fabricated." A.J. Delgado, a senior adviser to the Trump campaign, told MSNBC's Brian Williams that she did not find the People writer's story or other women's reports of groping "credible."
