Ryan: House Can Pass Tax Bill That Includes Repeal of ACA Mandate

House Speaker Paul Ryan on Wednesday told reporters he believes House Republicans could approve a reconciled tax reform bill that includes repeal of Obamacare health insurance mandate.

Just earlier in the day, Ryan was skeptical of the Senate including the mandate into its tax reform legislation.

"What we didn't want to do is make tax reform harder than it already is," Ryan said on CNBC's Squawk Box.
