Democrat Hillary Clinton is ahead of Republican Donald Trump by 15 percent in New Hampshire, according a poll released Thursday.
The WBUR poll, conducted in the days after the national conventions, shows the overall horse race stacks up this way:
- Clinton: 47 percent
- Trump: 32 percent
- Libertarian Gary Johnson, 8 percent
- Green Party Candidate Jill Stein, 3 percent
When Johnson and Stein are taken out of the mix, Clinton's lead increased to 17 points.
WBUR's last poll, conducted three months ago, showed Trump and Clinton in a dead heat.
The poll also showed that the Granite State's undeclared voters favor the Democrat by about 2-1.
"Clinton has solidified Democrats, Donald Trump has not done the same among Republicans, and independents are starting to swing toward Hillary Clinton," said Steve Koczela, president of MassINC Polling, which conducted the WBUR survey.
The latest poll questioned 609 likely New Hampshire voters from July 29 to Aug. 1 and has a plus-or-minus 4-point margin of error.
