Donald Trump posted a new video superimposing pictures of a chuckling Hillary Clinton over images of the deadly Sept. 11, 2012 Benghazi attack, along with the caption, "Hillary has been having a laugh at our expense for years."
The former secretary of state's laughter punctuates news clips highlighting controversies that have dogged her political life, from Whitewater to the federal investigation into her private email arrangement while at the Department of State.
The final clip of the laughter comes from Clinton's testimony before the House committee investigating the terror attacks on a U.S. diplomatic mission in Libya, as images of fire from the attack are pictured.
Text at the end of the clip states: "Don't let the joke be on us!"
