Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump got a cheeky parody-endorsement from Homer Simpson in an ad for the long-running Fox show, "The Simpsons."
The online plug, titled "Trumptastic Voyage," features Homer spoof-traveling inside Trump's hypnotizing hairpiece.

"Do you care who the next president is?" a campaign worker asks Homer.
"No," Homer replies.
"Come with me," the campaign worker commands, recruiting Homer to be one of the crowd that, according to
The Hollywood Reporter, was paid $50 to hold a sign at Trump's presidential campaign announcement, where the slogan is: "America You Can Be My Ex-Wife!"
But when the Simpsons patriarch stumbles onto the escalator carrying the candidate, Homer winds up mesmerized by the back of Trump's head.
"If I touch it, will it heal my baldness?" Homer wonders.
He's then dreamily transported into the "ginger forest," where he marvels, "It's as blonde as a golden marmoset yet also grey as a long-dead donkey."
Along his fantastic voyage, Homer also gets a glimpse of Trump's "canceled" Macy’s card, sees Amelia Earhart primping her hair beside her plane, and various allusions to "Planet of the Apes" and "2001: A Space Odyssey."
"It's a gravity defying comb-over.... If he paid less than a million dollars for it, it's a steal!"
According to
the Washington Post, "The Simpsons" co-creator James Brooks couldn't pass up a chance to make a "Trump hair joke in a way that only Homer can – by going inside his hair."
"We’re lucky to have a character who can handle this with affection," he tells the Post.
