Ron Varrial, Newsmax's digital content director, who has almost 20 years of experience working in and covering the golf industry. Ron has written about golf online, in newspapers, and in magazines. His experience includes working and covering events on the PGA Tour, Champions Tour and several USGA championships. He's also written extensively about golf equipment and travel.
Ron's work and curiosity have given him the chance to explore golf in many parts of the world. His trips range from bucketlist venues to spots you can visit time and again. Some of the destinations he has played golf include Kauai; Tokyo; the Canadian Rockies; Wales; Central and South Florida; Myrtle Beach; Atlantic City; Hilton Head Island; Eastern Pennsylvania's Poconos Mountains; Mississippi; Las Vegas; and Mesquite, Nevada.
