Funding for Wisconsin's Planned Parenthood offices is about to be dramatically slashed.
Gov. Scott Walker is expected to ink two bills on Thursday that will end million dollars the agency receives in taxpayer money, the
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel reports.
The legislation restricts what Planned Parenthood gets in reimbursements for prescription medicines, cutting about $4 million a year, as well stopping other payments because the agency provides abortions, cutting about $3.5 million, the newspaper says.
Walker will sign the bills at a clinic called Life's Connection, which provides alternatives to abortion.
