Americans for Prosperity has launched a new seven figure ad campaign targeting three vulnerable Democratic senators over their support of Obamacare.
The conservative group said Thursday
TV ads will begin airing this week against Sens.
Jeanne Shaheen of New Hampshire, Mary Landrieu of Louisiana, and Kay Hagan of North Carolina.
This will be the first time the group has held Shaheen accountable for her continued support of the healthcare law;
Landrieu and Kagan were targeted in a campaign last fall.

"President Barack Obama repeatedly promised Americans that they could keep their current healthcare plans and doctors if they chose, but millions have found out the hard way that this was the Lie of the Year," said Americans for Prosperity President Tim Phillips, referring to
Politifact's rating of Obama's promise.
"We're putting pressure on senators who repeated that lie and doubled down on Obamacare even as it became obvious that the law was hurting millions of Americans. The story of Obamacare is one of less choice, rising premiums, and broken promises. AFP is committed to a long-term effort to stop this law," he added.
The ads are slated to run in major media markets for the next three weeks.
