Donald Trump's campaign manager Corey Lewandowski will be a delegate for his boss at this summer's Republican National Convention in Cleveland, Ohio,
The New York Times reports.
Lewandowski himself signed the letter to the New Hampshire secretary of state with the names of 11 delegates and 11 alternates after Trump won the state in February.
He is a resident of New Hampshire and worked there as state director for Americans for Prosperity, a conservative group funded by Charles and David Koch, before he signed onto the Trump campaign.
It is not unprecedented for a campaign staffer to serve as a delegate, the Times notes, but adds that Lewindowski may find himself busy pulling double duty since there is a concerted effort among some Republicans to deny the Trump the nomination.
