Sen. Graham: Israel Will Say 'No,' Arabs 'Hell No' to Iran Deal

By    |   Wednesday, 04 March 2015 09:06 PM EST

Secretary of State John Kerry doesn't understand that people in the Middle East don't trust the United States to make a good deal with Iran on its nuclear program, Sen. Lindsey Graham told Fox News.

The South Carolina Republican appeared on Fox News Channel's "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren" on Wednesday, and said that while he doesn't know all the details of the deal, it isn't hard to see who doesn't like it.

"If you Google the outline of the deal, the Arabs are going to say 'hell no,' and Israel is going to say 'no,'" he said.

"What John Kerry doesn't realize that people in the region don't trust us," Graham said.

"We're the people who brought you the rise of ISIL [Islamic State or ISIS]. How did our policy toward Russia work out? Nobody trusts our ability to contain anyone."
