Responding to Trump, Lindsey Graham Puts Cellphone in a Blender

It's hard to get the last word in a feud with Donald Trump, but Lindsey Graham is giving it the college try.

The South Carolina senator destroyed several cellphones for a video by the conservative news website IJReview published Wednesday, a day after rival Republican presidential candidate Trump revealed Graham's personal phone number in a campaign speech.

During the 64-second video, Graham burns, bashes, and blends various phones—to say nothing of hitting one with a meat cleaver and tossing another off a roof—all while dramatic string music plays. They're all older models of phones, the kind the 60-year-old Graham is known for using. (He has also said he's never sent an e-mail.)

“Or if all else fails, you can always give your number to the Donald,” Graham says before tossing another phone off-screen at the end of the video. “This is for all the veterans.”

The latest round of the Trump-Graham feud was set off after the real estate mogul on Saturday questioned Senator John McCain's Vietnam war record. Graham, a close friend of McCain's and one of the few 2016 candidates to have served in the military, said Tuesday he didn't care if Trump dropped out of the race as long as he stopped “being a jacka--.” Then came the doxxing.

By Wednesday, a call to the number Trump revealed prompted an automated message: “The number you've dialed has been changed, disconnected, or is no longer in service.”
