Robert Downey Jr., who plays Iron Man in the Marvel superhero chronicles, muscled his way to the head of the Forbes list of the world's top-earning actors.
Downey earned $80 million in the last year, up $5 million from 2014′s haul, fueled by the success of this year's superhero ensemble "Avengers: Age of Ultron," which grossed more than $1.3 billion worldwide,
Forbes reports.
Coming in second was veteran Chinese actor and martial arts icon Jackie Chan, 61, who Forbes reports earned $50 million in the past year from Hollywood and China co-productions such as "Dragon Blade" as well as merchandise.
