Latino Group to Pay Larry David for Heckling Trump

("Saturday Night Live"/NBC)

Actor Larry David will collect the $5,000 reward for yelling "Trump's a racist!" during Trump's "Saturday Night Live" monologue – even if the "interruption" was scripted.

The group DeportRacism.com offered a $5,000 reward for anyone who disrupted the live show by shouting, "Trump is a racist" or "Deport racism."

Larry David had portrayed Vermont Sen. Bernie Sanders in the show's cold open, then stuck around to shout the insult during the monologue.

The scripted version was likely intended blunt any real attempts to disrupt the show, but the DeportRacism.com was happy that its sentiments made it into the show.

The group is protesting Trump's words from his campaign announcement in which he criticized Mexico for, in his words, sending their worst people to the United States. He has vowed to build a border wall if elected – and make Mexico pay for it.

"We are excited to reward Larry David with $5,000 cash for 'standing up' to Donald Trump on 'Saturday Night Live' and speaking the truth about his anti-Latino racism, even though he was joking," DeportRacism.com's campaign director Luke Montgomery told The Blaze.

Now, the group will target the Fox Business Network's GOP debate this week, Montgomery said, with the same $5,000 bounty on the table.
