Donald Trump Saturday slammed a Gallup report that his acceptance speech at the Republican National Convention fared the worst in positive reviews of any ever tested by the polling organization.

Here’s what the nominee said on Twitter:

Gallup reported that only 35 percent of Americans who were interviewed after the speech thought it was "excellent or good."

That compared with 58 percent for Barack Obama's speech in 2008 and 38 percent for Mitt Romney's in 2012.

However, Nielsen data showed that Trump's July 21 remarks averaged 32.2 million viewers, compared with 29.8 million viewers for Hillary Clinton the following week, CNN reported Saturday.
