Trump Tweets Inauguration Address Highlights

President Donald Trump provided a brief recap of his inauguration speech a short time after he delivered it via his Twitter account Friday afternoon.

Trump, who was sworn in around noon on the front steps of the U.S. Capitol, later retreated to a room in the building after the ceremony had concluded and signed official documents related to him becoming president.

Before he put pen to paper, however, he put some highlights of his speech on social media:

At 12:01 p.m. Friday, the official @POTUS and @FLOTUS Twitter handles were transferred to Donald and Melania Trump. Neither have posted any tweets from it as of yet.
