For the third time in a week, Donald Trump's campaign has emailed supporters a lengthy questionnaire it says will help shape Trump's message — and included in it is a question regarding his use of the term "crooked Hillary."

The "Stop Hillary Survey" has 29 questions, which are followed by a comment box that allows for "any additional input you would like Donald Trump to see." Question No. 4, however, is perhaps the most noteworthy.

"Do you approve of the term 'Crooked Hillary?'" reads the question, which has three multiple choice answers: Yes, No, and No Opinion.

Trump has referred to Hillary Clinton, his Democratic opponent for president, as "Crooked Hillary" since April. Before that, he called Texas Sen. Ted Cruz — who suspended his Republican presidential campaign in May — "Lyin' Ted."

All but two of the questions in the Trump campaign's most recent survey, which was published last Friday and emailed to supporters Monday, mention Clinton in some way or another. Many are direct questions that ask readers whether Clinton is corrupt and whether Trump should push certain issues about her during the debates. Others try to tie her closer with President Barack Obama and his policies of the last seven-plus years.

The three surveys were put together with input from the Republican National Committee, reports the Washington Times.

Last Wednesday, the Trump campaign sent a 30-question survey called the "Trump Campaign Strategy Survey" to supporters. The campaign is moving forward after a staff shake-up last week that resulted in a new campaign manager and a new campaign CEO and the departure of his campaign chairman.

Earlier last week, Trump emailed a "Mainstream Media Accountability Survey."

Trump also released his first general election TV ad last week.
