President-elect Donald Trump plans to classify drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations in an early executive order, Punchbowl News reported.

Trump's top domestic policy adviser, Stephen Miller, briefed Republican leadership in the House and Senate of executive orders the incoming administration plans to issue in coming days, Punchbowl reported.
