Fox News now says it will allow all GOP presidential candidates to participate in its candidate forum for the lower-ranked candidates who don't make its main debate, Politico reports.

With 16 declared candidates in the race, Fox has limited its main debate to the top 10 candidates from an average of major polls. The rest will participate in the forum earlier in the afternoon, but Fox originally said that even that event would be limited to candidates who have at least one percent in the polls.

Fox now says all six candidates who don't make the top 10 will be allowed to participate in the forum. The three candidates likely to benefit most are former Hewlett-Packard CEO Carly Fiorina, former New York Gov. George Pataki and South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham.

The forum will air at 5 p.m. Eastern Time on August 6 and will last an hour. The main debate will air at 9 p.m. and will last two hours. The events will be held in Cleveland.
