The revelations in Donna Brazile's book about Hillary Clinton should be the "nail in the coffin" for Clinton's political career, according to Geraldo Rivera.
"Now comes this expose... she seems to, after helping Hillary in a way that was dishonest, now she's throwing Hillary under the bus, and revealing what I believe to be true, that the DNC was virtually a criminal enterprise," Rivera said Friday on "Fox & Friends."
"Not only is it a nail in the coffin and the end forever of the Clinton era, but it also, more relevantly, shows that the Democratic National Committee is in total disarray."
The Democratic Party has "virtually no clout," he added.
The success in the primary of Sen. Bernie Sanders, I-Vt., said more about Hillary Clinton, Rivera said. "He over performed what I had as my expectations. Everyone was surprised, but what it did reveal in retrospect, was how weak a candidate the secretary of state Hillary Clinton was."
Clinton took over the DNC before she had secured the presidential nomination then used that power to deny Sanders a chance to gain the nomination, Brazile, a former interim DNC chairwoman, said in her book.
