While Hillary Clinton could easily win the Democratic nomination for president in 2016, “my head says she runs; my gut says she doesn’t,” Karl Rove, the Republican strategist, tells Newsmax TV.
“I'm not certain we know all of the facts about the health issues — and there's just something about the way she comports herself that causes me to think this is not a done deal,” Rove tells Newsmax in an exclusive interview.
“If she runs, she's going to be a serious contender. Is she a lock on the nomination? Well, that's what they said in 2007, and we know how that turned out for her.”

And, he adds, “Benghazi and her performance and the general performance of the Obama administration, both here and abroad, is going to have a big impact on her chances,” Rove says. “If she runs like she ran the last time around, if she runs anywhere vaguely like she did the last time around, she won't be the Democratic nominee.”
