Geoffrey Bodine, Craftsman Truck Series, 2000

Geoffrey Bodine's truck is a twisted mass of flying metal as he crashes in the first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Dayton International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Fla., Friday, Feb. 18, 2000. Bodine, from Chemung, N.Y., wound up with a broken wrist, ankle and vertebrae, and a concussion. He was in serious but stable condition at Halifax Medical Center. Nine fans were also injured. The race was red-flagged for two and a half hours for repairs to a retaining fence that was damaged in the crash. (AP Photo/Phil Coale)
