Geoffrey Bodine's truck is a twisted mass of flying metal as he crashes in the first NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series race at Dayton International Speedway in Daytona Beach, Fla., Friday, Feb. 18, 2000. Bodine, from Chemung, N.Y., wound up with a broken wrist, ankle and vertebrae, and a concussion. He was in serious but stable condition at Halifax Medical Center. Nine fans were also injured.
