Ben Affleck was accompanied by his fetching nanny and NFL quarterback Tom Brady on a flying trip to Las Vegas in July, according to the New York Post, less than a week before Affleck and Jennifer Garner announced their plans to divorce.
Affleck, 42, has been dogged by rumors that he had an affair with nanny Christine Ouzounian, 28,
according to People magazine, something the Oscar-winner has denied.
The Post obtained a photo that was posted online Tuesday showing a smiling Ouzounian wearing Brady's four Super Bowl rings while flying in an airplane. The tabloid said the photo was taken while she accompanied Affleck from the Bahamas to Las Vegas where the actor took part in a poker tournament.
"Christine Ouzounian … is wearing the bling along with tight white jeans, a black tank top – and a satisfied smile," said the Post. "The nanny is clearly relaxed, kicking off her shoes and striking a sexy pose on her seat."
The Post said Ouzounian was with Affleck and Garner in the Bahamas when Affleck left for the poker tournament, leaving Garner, 43, behind with their children.
"Ben asked (Ouzounian) if she wanted to fly back to Los Angeles with him from the Bahamas," a source told
Hollywood Life.com. "He assured her it was OK. Technically, he was her boss, not Jen."
"But along the way, he convinced her to go to Las Vegas with him for his poker tournament," said the celebrity gossip site. "They even stopped and picked up Tom Brady for the trip. While in Vegas, Ben hid Christine the entire time."
The site's source said Garner found out about Ouzounian accompanying Affleck to Las Vegas and fired the nanny, without a protest from Affleck.
"Christine's upset and has met with attorneys to file a wrongful termination suit against Jen," the source said. "In truth, Christine would rather be Ben's girlfriend than nanny. She has strong feelings for him and wishes he wanted a relationship."
People reported last week that Garner was in Atlanta with the couple's three children – Violet, 9, Seraphina, 6, and Samuel, 3 – as she films "Miracles from Heaven."
As for Brady, husband of supermodel Gisele Bündche, everyone agreed he was just along for the ride.
